Chaska Turkey Trot 5K

Times:

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.
Kids "Little Gobbler" 1/4 mile starts at 8:15 a.m.
Kids "Big Gobbler" 1 mile starts at 8:30 a.m.
5K starts at 9:00 a.m.
Awards at 10:00 a.m.

Where:

Registration will take place in the Chaska High School commons area.

The race will begin in the High School's West parking lot, go down purple brick road, take a right on to Hundermark Rd., take a right onto Pioneer Trail and go to Acorn Lane. The route will then wither turn around and follow the same route back or will take trails through the schools campus back to the parking lot, depending on the weather. (snow!!)

Why:

The majority of the race proceeds will be donated to MDA. A smaller portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Chaska High School Girls and Boys Cross Country team.

Cost:

Adults: $25 if received by November 7th
$30 on race-day
Students: $20 if received by November 7th (college students included!)
$25 on race-day
Kids Little Gobbler: $12 if received by November 7th
$15 on race day

What it includes:

Every runner will get a race T-shirt if pre-registered (not guaranteed for race day entrants), a race bag, chip-timed results, award, one entry into a raffle for frozen turkeys (at least 3), and food and drinks after the race. There will be bagels, donuts, fruit, water, coffee, and hot chocolate after the race. Awards will be given to the top male and female in 10-year age groups.

Directions:

Go west on Highway 5. Take a left onto Highway 41. Take a left on Pioneer Trail. Take the third right into the high school.

Take 312 to Highway 41, right on Hundertmark, right on Pioneer.
