BEAR TRACKS 5K RUN/WALK
& THIRD ANNUAL 10K RUN
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2009

Race Features:
- Chip timing (NEW!)
- Bear Tracks will take place on a fast and scenic course along beautiful White Bear Lake.
- Post race refreshments will be available to all participants.
- Physical Therapists will be available to perform free shoewear and foot evaluations.
- Information will be available regarding injury prevention..
- Proceeds will benefit the Minnesota Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Where:
Start and finish line will be at West Park in White Bear Lake. From 35E, go east on
Highway 96, north on Highway 61, east on 11th Street to Lake Ave.. Parking is available
at Ramsey County Beach, just east of Highway 61 on Highway96.
When:
Saturday November 7th.
Kids run starts at 8:45 a.m.
5K and 10K start at 9 a.m.
Awards:
Awards presented to the first place male and female in each division (19 yrs and under,
20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over).
Quality T-shirts will be issued to all
participants.
